PROPOSAL WRITING

The project proposal is a tool — not a goal. It should be followed as closely as possible,

and deviations should occur only when necessary.

Proposal writing is only one of the phases of project management. It is one of the

numerous actions that form a logical sequence of events usually referred to as the

project cycle.

         Main Terms of the Proposal Writing Process

Indicators —

those elements of the project plan that translate the project’s purpose and results into

measurable units (quantity or quality) and thus provide the basis for measuring the impact

விளைவுகளை எண்ணிக்கையின் , அளவுகளின் அடிப்படையில் காட்டும் சுட்டி.

Input —

the investment of resources (human, material or financial) invested in the project

திட்டத்தில் முதலீடு செய்யப்படுகின்ற மனித உழைப்பு ,பொருட்கள் , பணம் ,போன்ற உள்ளீடுகள்

Output —

the results achieved

பெற்றுக்கொண்ட விளைவுகள்

Activity plan —

a description of the flow, timeline and responsibilities for the project’s activities

காலமும் , செயற்ப்பாட்டுக்கு பொறுப்பாயிருக்கும்   நபர் பற்றிய விபரம் அடங்கிய செயற்ப்பட்டு திட்டம் 

Resource plan —

a description of how the resources will be used in relation to the activities

செயற்பாட்டுக்குரிய வளங்களின் பயன்பாடு பற்றிய விபரணம்

Gantt chart —

a specific model for activity plans that illustrates how the activities interconnect

Income —

the funds secured for the project’s implementation

திட்ட அமுலாக்கத்திற்கு தேவையான நிதி
